The moment I met with Kim at her Coldwell office, I knew she would be my realtor. She was warm and funny and we connected immediately. Then she started the hard work of finding our dream home based on a long list of "must haves" that I provided. She rose to the challenge! I was incredibly impressed with her knowledge of each neighborhood in our local community. She quickly and graciously responded to my requests to put together appointments to visit homes that I thought I wanted to see, and she set up walk throughs of homes that were actually right for us. It didn't take long and she found our perfect forever home. When we walked in, we all screamed "this is it!" She had some wonderful tips about how we could go about being selected since there were several people wanting the house. We wouldn't have it now if we hadn't followed her suggestions. I still keep in touch with her because she is just that kind of person that you want as a champion in your corner. -

What can I say but the best about my experience. She is so dedicated to her job and her client. Day or night she answered right away or as soon as she could with any questions my wife or I had. The process was seamless and went without a hitch. So glad she was able to find us a perfect home to settle down in. Highly recommend Mariah.
