Hiring Mariah and Kim was by far the best thing we did when buying our first home. From the first phone call Mariah was so friendly and patient answering my many questions, you can immediately tell how much she loves her job and how important the client experience is to her. When we had to take a break from the search she had a great balance of checking in occasionally without pestering or pushing us, and when we saw the perfect home come available she was ready to dive back in 0-100 on a moment's notice, which was a huge relief in a hot market. We purchased a new construction home so it was a long process, and we ran into so many issues it left our heads spinning. Between covid-19, the wildfires, and other problems, the most common phrase we heard from everyone was: "I've never had an issue like this in 10+ years of business." Every time we called Mariah with questions or in a panic she was always reassuring and on top of it right away, no matter what day or time. We always felt like she had it handled and we were a top priority. Some issues took weeks to resolve and she always kept us up to date and held everyone else accountable. When our closing date got delayed last minute both Mariah and Kim went above and beyond pushing hard to minimize the delay, and they were so compassionate and generous during a very stressful time. They both are incredibly dedicated to their clients. As first time homebuyers that ran into so many problems, we would not have made it through without their expertise and guidance!
